President & founder of Schloss & Co. The Company was established in 1972 and became one of the largest actuarial and benefits consulting firms in the New York metropolitan area. Retirement and
actuarial consulting services were provided for up to 4,000 clients at any one time.
Mr. Schloss has over four decades of experience in actuarial consulting, design and statutory
aspects of retirement plans. He has served as President of Schloss & Co, LLC since its inception
in 1972.
He served on the Board of Directors of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, the Pension
Committee of the American Academy of Actuaries and testified before the Internal Revenue
Service, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation. He also served on the
Enrolled Actuaries Planning Committee, which helped provide continuing education for enrolled
actuaries.
Mr. Schloss has a B.S. in mathematics from Brooklyn College. He is an Associate of the Society of
Actuaries (A.S.A.), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and a Fellow of the
Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA, ret).

Ms. Feit has been practicing in the field of employee retirement plans for over 28 years
specializing in the design and implementation of various types of retirement programs, such as traditional Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, Cross-tested Profit Sharing and Safe Harbor 401(k) Plans. Provides consulting to auditors on FASB reporting, and has extensive experience with plan mergers/spinoffs. Consulting Actuary to over 400 plans at Schloss & Co, LLC. Member of various professional organizations, and attendance at educational and professional seminars on a regular
basis.

Ms. Greenspan has almost 30 years of experience working with retirement plans. Previously she served as Senior Vice President, Director of Retirement Plan Services for a local employee benefits consulting firm and Manager, New York Office for a regional employee benefits
consulting firm. At both firms, she was responsible for the management of client service as well
as product development.
In addition, Greenspan began her career in Corporate Benefits for Revlon, Inc. and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Greenspan is well versed in ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code and has attained the Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Ms. Greco has (23) years of service with Schloss & Co. Experience in many phases of employee

Ms. Jones has over 20 years of experience working in the retirement plan area. Previously, she served as Senior Manager of Consulting and Compliance for Plante & Moran, Director of Compliance at CNA Trust and as team leader of the Midwest ERISA plan specialists at Scudder Kemper Investments, all located in Chicago. At all firms, she was responsible for client service, technical support and compliance related training regarding ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code for clients, the company’s sales force, client relationship managers, and others in her department and externally.
A member of the Illinois bar, Jones earned her law degree at Chicago Kent College of Law and a
bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has attained the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Mr. Buckheit has over thirty (30) years experience in all phases of employee retirement benefit programs, including design, implementation and administration of defined benefit/cash balance, cross-tested profit sharing/401(k), employee stock ownership and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage plans.
